How do you pass up a view like this from the Woodwards Building in Gastown Vancouver. These "10" units have unparalleled views of Canada Place, Northshore Mountains, and Vancouver Harbour. Unfortunately the developer had installed substandard stone countertops which easily stained not making them very practical for everyday living. With a simple stone replacement, these units doubled in value as buyers quickly saw past the deficiency, and were WOWed by the view.
